[ bod·y lan·guage ] /ˈbädē ˌlaNGɡwija/ (noun) 

a nonverbal communication in which physical behavior or movements, as opposed to words, are used to express or convey feelings, mood or information.

 

Your Body Language is a reflection of how you present yourself—it’s what the eye perceives.
If there’s something you don’t like, take intentional steps to change it.
