Miss Body Language (Alexus Mone’t) began her fitness journey in the spring of 2014. After graduating from HBCU, Central State University (Ohio) with her BA in Advertising/Graphic Design she realized she had a greater passion for health and fitness. In the process, she obtained self-love and a positive shift in her physically and mentally began to transpire. Her body language became a work in progress. Soon after, she renamed herself Miss Body Language and shared her fitness journey on social media, encouraging her followers to do the same. Alexus went on to study at National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to further her education so she could assist others in their health and fitness journey as well.
Upon completion, she started her brand Body Language w/ Alexus Mone’t training in the fall of 2016 and later transitioned into Miss Body Language Fitness in 2017. Motivating and inspiring others to transform into a healthier lifestyle is what she lives for! Miss Body Language finds joy in uplifting and helping others, especially women, to build confidence and meet the body goals they aspire to have while keeping up with the beautiful figure she has built of her own.
Miss Body Language has helped several women transition into a more fit and healthier lifestyle and transformed the lives and bodies of many in her short time of training. Furthermore, her hard work and dedication has produced impressive results and is respected by many. As her clientele continues to flourish, Miss Body Language has many plans for her fitness brand and anticipates the continued support, positive feedback and success from it all! Health and fitness is her peace, her purpose, her gift; she feels very blessed to be able to share with the world!
