Miss Body Language (Alexus) began her fitness journey in the spring of 2014.

After a celebratory graduation from HBCU Central State University (Ohio) with her BA in Advertising/Graphic Design, she soon realized she had a greater passion for health and fitness. Her existing state of unhappiness, depression, and physical insecurities at the time is what led her on this life changing journey of greater self confidence, mental + physical health, and a new body language! Attending the gym on the regular to challenge her body and mindset, she obtained a sense of peace and self-love. This is when a positive shift in her physically and mentally began to transpire. Her Body Language became a work in progress and a work of art! Soon after, she began sharing her fitness journey on social media encouraging her followers to do the same. She loved that people looked up to her as a positive influence.

Alexus studied at National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) to further her education and receive certification so she could assist others in their health and fitness journey. She started training part-time in the fall of 2016 as Body Language w/ Alexus Mone't and soon after, branded herself Miss Body Language for she became own brand and walking advertisement. She then began marketing Miss Body Language Fitness in 2017. She loved everything about it and looked forward to making a difference doing business as. After termination from her last full-time job in the fall of 2017, Alexus took a leap of faith to follow her dreams in the field of fitness.
